General conditions
We ship goods via EMS / DHL for free to most countries. Your product will be shipped in 2 working days. If a product is not available for shipment, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Delivery time varies depending on geographic location. We are not responsible for the delay charger as we have no control when the item is shipped out. And there is no alternative shipping methods can been chosen.

Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a full return policy for you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you have. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you need not send anything in return. If there are irremediable defects with the products, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under warranty.

No quality problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. send back to us the products in original package needed (you pay shipping). The products must not have been used (except tryout). When we receive the returned products intactly, we will replace with new ones and ship them back to you. Shipping costs for the replaced products we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the cost of shipping supplymentary to turn back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, we will replace the items sent from you.

Quality problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (non-human factors or non-resistant external damage) it can be returned and replaced. send back to us the products in original package needed (you pay shipping). When we receive the returned products intactly, we will replace with new and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for replaced products we ship to you. Return and partial refund
